Qualification

- Degree
in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent - At
least 2 Years of experience in manufacturing company ; - Sound
experience in safety, environment, maintenance, and business planning,
finance and project management would be advantageous.

communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to work under tight deadlines and pressure; - Good
ICT & reporting skills; - High
level of Kinyarwanda and English Proficiency (Read; Write; Speak). French;
or Swahili would be advantageous; - Ability
to manage, motivate and control a technical team - Willingness
to work and live in a remote area
