Role
overview

The purpose of this job is to support teachers/ guardian of early child hood
centres (ECE), parents and communities around ECE to improve the nutrition
status of under five children. The job will involve transfer practical
nutritional skills to target population including supporting parents and ECE to
introduce school feeding programmes, behaviour change strategies and working
close with district nutrition department to achieve the desired outcome.
Skills,
qualifications and experience required
  • Must
    be a Rwandan
  • Have
    a bachelor degree in food science
  • Relevant
    knowledge on nutrition
  • Skills
    for community mobilisation
  • Technical
    knowledge to develop communication materials
  • Dynamic
    to work with district officials
Allowance
All
volunteers have an allowance paid in local currency. The allowance meets
reasonable living expenses in country.
