farmers and small businesses through inclusive market systems that generate
income and job opportunities especially for women and youth. As part of a
global initiative called the Enterprise Development Programme (EDP), Oxfam
supports and invests in small rural businesses to help them grow and become
commercially viable. As part of its selection process, Oxfam seeks to carry out
a pre-EDP study for bio-digesters market in Rwanda for the SimGas ltd.

pre-EDP study performed by a consultant (in partnership with the Oxfam Rwanda
team and SimGas) to assess the market for domestic biogas digesters in Rwanda
by completing 8 deliverables as outlined on the detailed ToRs attached here.

Expected deliverables
The
total duration of the assignment including deliverables 1-8 as shown on the
detailed ToR on attachment, will be 30 work days and 7 weekend days, to be
spend in Quarter 1 of 2018. The final report of the market study shall be
submitted (with incorporated feedback from Oxfam team and SimGas) no later than
March 31st, 2018.
