Qualification
and Experience

- Master’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Procurement or a
related field from an accredited academic institution
- Strong
technical experience in procurement and logistics at an international
level - Diverse
experience working on complex projects and emergencies, specifically
meeting timelines and milestones - Knowledge
of asset management processes and procedures - At
least 3-5 years of experience in mineral industry

- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to work under tight deadlines and pressure - Good
ICT & reporting skills - High
level of English Proficiency (Read; Write; Speak). French; Kinyarwanda; or
Swahili would be an added advantage - Sense

to manage, motivate and control a team
