African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) is looking for potential bidders to provide wooden boxes to support VSLAs clubs in school of six districts (Huye, Nyanza, Ruhango, Ngororero, Karongi and Nyabihu). The needed kits are specified in the tender document.
Tender document for more details is available at AEE-Rwanda Head Office located at KG 201 Street 46, Remera Sector, Gasabo District.
The related tender document is provided after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF / AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies of which one is original should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office, not later than 31st May, 2022 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am.
- Bids must include: Financial proposal including VAT, delivery period, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, RSSB Certificate, Tax Clearance and Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies/institutions for supplying the same or related items.
