Call for Tender to provide Hotel services for CRS staff

Catholic Relief Services – United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ office in Rwanda (CRS/Rwanda) is a nonprofit international humanitarian and development organization working with local partners to serve the poor and vulnerable in Rwanda and globally.

CRS Rwanda invites your Hotel to provide the Hotels services with the following requirements:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1.Accessibility of the Hotel. The Hotel should be located in town, not too far from the main road accessible to taxi park and other primary needs such as Restaurants.

2.Secured Parking for vehicle

3. Reception with permanent receptionist 
4. Standard rooms(the standard rooms include):

• Bed – middle/big size/standard size which is not small size
• Small table to be used when working in the room
• Bathroom inside the room with permanent water and accessories (soap, a well clean towel …)
• Availability of high-speed wireless connectivity in the room
• Presence of back-up water tanks and pump.
• Reserve bedcover or blanket in cold areas
• Full Breakfast (bread, coffee, tea, fruits…)
• TV Screen
• Wardrobe (garde-robe)
• Drinking mineral water
• Landline (telephone) in the room connecting to the reception
• Smoke detectors/alarm
• Fire extinguisher

5. Conference room and accessories to include:

• An air-conditioned conference hall at the Hotel
• High speed Wireless/internet connectivity
• LCD Projector
• Flip chart stand
• Generator (in case there is electricity shortage)

6. Coffee/Tea break to include:

• Full coffee break including Tea/Juice, coffee and snacks

• Mineral water: Bottle of mineral water for 500 ml

7. Lunch:

• lunch with soft drink (soda or Juice) and dessert

The Financial offer should meet the following requirements:

• Submit your final best financial offer for each service

• Clarifying the validity of the offer

• A copy of Registration Certificate (Registre de Commerce)

• Specifying if the prices are VAT inclusive or exclusive

• Submit 3 references 

• Submit the tax clearance certificate 

Bid written in French or English addressed to the attention of the CRS / Rwanda Program Country Representative must be submitted to the following e-mail address: Rwandabids@crs.org  on or before Friday, May 13,2022, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
