Job Description
- We are seeking to hire a Business Development Executive Officer who will be responsible for developing a business plan and implementing effective proven marketing standard to drive sales and achieve the company’s goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the organisation
- Drive and co-ordinate all marketing activities
- Grow and sustain market share of the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum grade of second class lower or a Higher national diploma (HND) with a grade of lower credit minimum.
- Excellent in selling and customer relationship skills
- Must be a self-driven and a team player
- At least 5 years work experience in an insurance brokerage firm, in a market facing role
- Must be resident in Lagos metropolis
