To recognise academic achievement, the Dean’s International Excellence Award – Media Communication awards international students a merit-based scholarship.
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Be available to commence academic studies in the UK by the start of the academic year in January 2021.
- Have an offer of study for the full-time, postgraduate, MLitt in Media & Communication programme at the University of Strathclyde.
- Be able to pay the remaining tuition fees.
Benefits
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences offers all International students an automatic merit-based scholarship of £4,000 for postgraduate applicants towards the tuition fee of the MLitt in Media & Communication.
Application
Students who have an offer of study for the MLitt in Media & Communication postgraduate course in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences will be notified they qualify for the award. Once the tuition fee deposit has been paid, students will receive a scholarship letter confirming the award and the amount of the award. The letter can be used to confirm fees due as part of the Tier 4 Student Visa application.
