RE: Request for Proposal to Conduct the Feasibility Study on Rooftop Solar Project at
Development Bank of Rwanda Head Office
Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) is seeking to procure consulting services from well-established and experienced consulting firm to conduct the feasibility study on the possibility of installing rooftop solar project at BRD head office.
In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) wishes to invite qualified consulting firm to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals for or the above-mentioned services, according to the terms of reference detailed in the Request for Proposal. A detailed Request for Proposal in English shall be obtained from BRD, Procurement office from Wednesday on 28/08/2019 upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 593412700910118 of BRD opened in BPR
Well bound and sealed proposals presented in 3 copies one of which marked “Original” and 2 copies marked “Copy” of the technical and financial separately proposals. These should be submitted to the BRD, PO BOX 1341, Kigali Rwanda, not later than 17/09/2019 at 10:00 am prompt, and will be opened at 10:30 AM in the BRD meeting room on ground floor, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Please note that Technical Proposal should be separated from Financial Proposal, put in separate envelopes and written in English. The two proposals being put in an outer envelope should bear name, address of the bidder, reference of tender notice and be marked as follows:
