working condition is the biggest causes of accident; these are associated with
detective plant, tool, equipments, machines, material such cases are known as
“Technical cause”. They arise when there are improper guided equipments,
defectives equipments, faulty layout and location of plant, inadequate lighting,
arrangement and ventilation, unsafe storage, inadequate safety device etc these
are;
