The Liberia Entrepreneurial & Economic Development (LEED) is seeking the services of a Trainer to work on the LEED’s projects which are but not limited to Business Development Skills, Job Skills Training and Life Skills. Trainer will be responsible for training in the respective fields.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Duties and Accountabilities:
•Assist with the development of training manuals and drawing cartoons & sketches relevant to the curriculum materials
•Conduct classroom and offsite/field trainings
•Prepare and manage classroom activities
•Produce lesson plan in relation to the curriculum as well as weekly work plans
•Effect classroom management to ensure quality training is provided
•Assist in organizing and facilitating training programs
•Identify training needs of potential and existing beneficiaries and make recommendation
•Provide monthly report covering achievements, attendance, etc.
•Maintain accurate record on trainees/beneficiaries in Access or Excel
•Make referrals to relevant agencies to address trainee issues
•Handle training program inquiries from other organizations
•Perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor/management
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree (required)
•Atleast three (3) years work experience in active training is required
•Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Internet is required
•Excellent report writing and communication skills (required)
•Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
•Previous work experience with NGO is an advantage
