You must: have completed Year 12 in the year you apply for the program, or the previous year have received an OP 1 (or equivalent) be starting university for the first time demonstrate your leadership experience and potential demonstrate community participation and engagement apply for and gain a place in one of: Bachelor of Corporate Systems Management – Dean’s Scholars Program Bachelor of Engineering – Dean’s Scholars Program Bachelor of Games and Interactive Entertainment – Dean’s Scholars Program Bachelor of Information Technology – Dean’s Scholars Program Bachelor of Mathematics – Dean’s Scholars Program Bachelor of Science – Dean’s Scholars Program Bachelor of Urban Development – Dean’s Scholars Program. If you’re studying at QUT International College (QUTIC), you must have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 6.5 for the two semesters immediately before you apply for the Dean’s Scholars Program. If you’re expecting to get an OP of 1-3, you should apply for consideration.

What it covers: Opportunities include: company site visits with major industry players an annual leadership dinner industry and professional association networking events access to leadership and professional development opportunities registration for senior academic, peer and industry mentoring early access to leading research in your field. You’ll also receive up to $6,000 per year for the full-time duration of your undergraduate degree. You’ll be encouraged to participate in an exchange program from your third year of study as part of your scholarship experience.
