India offers management scholarships for qualified applicants in India with a
Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of full-time work experience, and over
750 points in TOEIC. The scholarship covers the tuition for the Global Leaders
for Innovation and Knowledge programme offered by Fujitsu-JAIMS Foundation.
The Global Leaders for Innovation and Knowledge is a three-and-a-half-month
certificate management programme that provides continued education for
experienced business professionals through the acquisition of a broad spectrum
of knowledge, including management theory, liberal arts and methodology. The
application deadline is September 30, 2016 for the programme starting in
February 19, 2017.

NFDC Film
Bazaar 2016
NFDC (National Film Development Corporation of India) Film Bazaar 2016 is
calling for entries for the Viewing Room and the Work-in-Progress (WIP) Lab.
This year, the Film Bazaar will be held from November 20-24, 2016 at the Goa
Marriott Resort alongside the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2016.
Submissions are invited for the two WIP Labs; WIP Fiction and WIP Documentary.
The Viewing Room will present films seeking finishing funds, world sales,
distribution partners and film festivals to investors, world sales agents and
film festival programmers attending the film bazaar. Films of all genres and
lengths in rough or final cut are invited to apply to the Viewing Room.
Feature length films in the rough cut are eligible to apply to both WIP lab and
Viewing Room. Short films can also be submitted to the Viewing Room. The early
deadline for submissions is August 31, 2016, which will offer a discount on the

House at IIM-B
Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B) will be hosting a Open House
for their Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) programme on

fellowships
Applications for the Teach For India’s two-year Fellowship 2017-2019 programme
is open. This fellowship provides an opportunity for India’s brightest and most
promising individuals to serve as full-time teachers to children from
low-income communities in some of the nation’s most under-resourced schools.
Their classroom becomes a platform for leadership learning and they strive to
ensure that every child maximises his or her potential. Fellows provide their
students with opportunities to grow in academics and develop values and
mind-sets. This growth is measured through regular internal and external
assessments.
In addition to passion and commitment to the programme’s vision, Teach For
India looks for critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Fellows must
communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and set high expectations
for themselves and for others.
