Operations Manager: A major Defence organisation is looking to secure the services of an experienced Operations Manager at their site in Edinburgh to manage the performance of an Operations Functional Team and Operations resource within a Programme/Project IPT
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Management of Resources to achieve Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Cost and Schedule (Internal and External)
* Responsibility for co-ordination and management of off site repairs
* To ensure SAP service Order processes are applied and adhered to across all LOBs
* Responsibility for Process Innovation and Improvements
* Define and achieve manufacturing Overhead and Capital Budgets
* Achieve group Current Account Budgets (orders, sales, profit, cash)
* Deliver staff training and development plans
* Responsible for leading and managing all Operations activities within an Integrated Program
Delivery Group
* Responsible for Yield Improvement and Non Value Added Process Reduction
* Responsibility for Maximising People / Equipment / Facility Utilisation
* Comply with Health and Safety requirements
