• Conducting administration in relation to customer and client accounts
• You will be taking inbound calls from customers
• Resolving queries and actioning requests
• Updating the internal data base

To be considered for this role you require the following:
• Previous customer service or administration experience from working in a financial company
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
• To be successful for this role you MUST be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check.
You will work a 35 hour week between 8am – 7pm Mon to Saturday
