The role of Chair requires strong board experience, confidence and abilities in leadership and strategic change gained within a large, complex organisation.
You will play an influential role in shaping the Trust’s strategic direction, developing the role of the Council of Governors, improving Trust performance and promoting the highest standards of probity and governance. As well as providing leadership to the Board of Directors, you also chair the Council of Governors.
