The Zoological Society of London is a charity devoted to the worldwide conservation of animals and their habitats. We run two world-renowned attractions, ZSL London and Whipsnade Zoos, as well as the Institute of Zoology and international conservation programs.
This exciting position is responsible for the day to day Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme with particular emphasis on Digital communications. This role will ensure that the business continues to grow customer value and commitment through effective analysis and targeted communication.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrating positive commercial impact on a business through CRM/Direct Marketing activity particularly with the transmission of digital marketing for various audience segments.
Key requirements are excellent numerical and analytical skills and sound experience gained in a CRM/Membership and direct marketing role. A good working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or a similar database management system would be useful.
