Job Specification
1. Managing a team of Assessors.
2. Monitoring, supporting and training internal/external Assessors.
3. Undertaking assessment and internal verification over a range of awards.
4. Ensuring all quality and performance standards exceed audit requirements.
5. Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
6. Must be flexible to travel and some overnight stays are required.
Quality Management
* Manage a team of Assessors delivering one to one support, performance management, profile delivery, PDR’s and motivation.
* Develop and comply with IV Strategy by qualifications.
* Monitor, analyse and evaluate quality visits and Assessor observation data.
* Arrange and deliver meetings as required.
* Conduct CPD as appropriate and provide evidence in CPD log.
* Deliver SAR/QIP actions as required.
* Deliver any other project work as requested.
Non Negotiable
Must be able to assess/IV Retail, Customer Service, Management Level 3 and Team Building, Business Admin is desirable.
A1 Assessors Award/D32/D33 or equivalent.
Proven track record within the Retail sector.
Strong people management skills.
Competent in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Positive self starter.
Highly organised with a the ability to motivate others and work on your own initiative you will be rewarded with a salary of £35,000, car, car allowance and expenses, 25 days holidays and company discounts
