In this key role you will develop programme and project management within the firm focusing on a broad range of business projects, aligning them to the firm’s strategy.
Working with senior stakeholders, you will be accountable both strategically and operationally for the successful delivery of projects around the firm. As an experienced programme manager, you will have a proven track record of successful change management, programme delivery and experience of progressing projects in a challenging environment. Alongside professional programme management skills, the most important aspects of this role are diplomacy, creating buy-in and stakeholder engagement.
With the presence and confidence to work with a variety of key stakeholders across the business, you will have first class communication and organisational skills. You will have experience of leading a team of professional project managers and business analysts, as well as matrix management experience in the project environment. An influencer with gravitas and credibility, you will have exceptional leadership and management skills.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, previous experience in a professional services or partnership environment is preferred.
