They are looking for individuals who can develop specialist nursing care, patient support, education and maintenance of a safe environment. They must support the delivery of safe cancer nursing care and help advance the inpatient service for patients through sound specialist knowledge, participation in research and audit activity, user involvement and a commitment to the professional development of self and others. You must also be able to help ensure patient needs/ expectations are met or exceeded. Experience mentoring and coordinating students and junior nurses will be advantageous.
