Assistant
Manager – Customer Service, Healthcare Department

Responsibilities:
Effective management of allocated accounts by complying with client Service
Level Agreement protocol, handling clients’ enquiries and complaints.
Job
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years hands on experience gained in a busy
insurance underwriting or customer relations departments.
Manager –
Operations, Healthcare Department
(MNO/HC/06/201 3)
Responsibilities:
Effective management of membership database, reports unit management, good
understanding of medical underwriting processes and effective IT system
operations.
