Job Title: Financial Accountant.

Responsibilities
– Provide leadership in Accounts Receivables.
– Prepare schedule of VAT, WHT and PAYE
– Prepare/Update monthly Accruals and Prepayments.
– Maintain adequate records of rents (receivable and payable.)
– Reconciliation of general ledger account and staff accounts.
– Checking of branch expenses returns and processing of reimbursements.
– Maintain adequate record of fixed assets, additions, disposals and depreciation.
– Periodic physical inventory counts and checks and comparison against records.
– Preparation of monthly management accounts.
– Prepare/Update receipt schedule and calculate monthly revenue amortization.
– Costing of imported products.
– Posting of Cheque payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, petty cash vouchers and journal vouchers into the system.
Qualifications/Experience
– University Degree or HND in Social Sciences with ACA.
– Minimum of four (4) years experience (ICT experience will be an added advantage.)
– Good knowledge of Pastel accounting software or any other popular accounting package would also be an added advantage.
