Abuja based Training and Capacity building organization seeks to employ a TRAINING AND
RESEARCH MANAGER:
The candidate for this position must be knowledge is contemporary business management in the training and capacity building industry with strong leadership, strategy and communication skills.
He/she must be able to coordinate, plan and strategize with measurable goals attainment
He/she must be able to develop suitable, viable and marketable training programmes
He/she must be able ready to be involved in the marketing of training proposals
He/she must be able to train in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a degree holder in any relevant discipline
Must have at least 5 years working experience in Microsoft Office
Computer literate with competence in Microsoft Office
Attendance of CMD Basic Management Train-the Trainer course is preferable
Not more than 40 years.
