Job Title: Research manager/Researcher
Desired Qualifications & Skills;
A first degree in statistics, social sciences or public health: sociology, Demography, or any related social science discipline. A post graduate degree is an added advantage.
At least three years experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods in the following areas: Study design,, data collection, data entry and cleaning data analysis, management of research activities.
Experience in qualitative techniques (data collection, analysis and report writing)
Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and the use of statistical software packages (e.g. SPSS, STATA or EPINFO) FOR DATA ANALYSIS.
Ability to work well in a team environment with high self drive.
Ability to learn and apply learnt skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
