Charkin
Maritime and Offshore Safety Centre is a leading provider of maritime and
offshore safety training to the maritime and offshore oil and gas industries.
It has its main state-of-the-art facility located on East-West Road in Port
Harcourt. It also has another facility located within the main campus of the
Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt.

First
degree, second class lower division plus fifteen (15) years post
qualification cognate experience and at least three (3) years in the post
of Director or six (6) years as Deputy Registrar
