Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
Responsible of implementing SMS and Voice strategic plan within the Communications Category. The main targets are to accomplish revenue budgets in SMS, P2P, ICX, LDI, Outbound Subscription (SMP) and X-net

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for executing business plan to accomplish the following objectives: Outgoing Subscriptions, local and international top ups SMS revenues, SMS subscription customer base penetration, SMS penetration of users sending SMS, increase SMS per users and decrease customers who don’t send or receive SMS and increase category market share.
• Constant business objectives tracking terms of revenues, profitability and usage
• Design monthly roadmap according to business plan and accomplish planned activities
• Results and trends evaluation in terms of profitability of products and promotions
• Ensure design, execution and effectiveness of media plan for products, promotions and services, coordinating all these activities with Marketing Services
• Assure correct performance of products, promotions and services, thru market visits at least once a week
• Define and effectively execute media plan for products, promotions and service in coordination with Marketing Services
• Responsible to assure promotions and service awareness throughout the company and the local market

SPECIFIC TASKS
• Execute and present activities plan for products and promotions in a weekly manner (reviews: monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Weekly reports of profitability and trend of products, promotions and services
• Propose and execute improvement plan for product deficiencies in a weekly manner (reviews: monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Propose and execute plan of field visits to supervise product visibility (reviews: monthly, quarterly and annual)
• Propose and execute training plan and internal communications in a monthly manner (reviews: monthly, quarterly and annual)

Desired Skills & Experience

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• University degree, preferably in engineering, marketing and/or business administration. MBA is desired.
• In-depth and thorough knowledge of marketing concepts.
• Managerial experience in medium to large size organizations
• Negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker
• Superior interpersonal communication.
• Creative thinker with an open mind to learn and explore new areas and opportunities
• Familiarity with technical systems
• Fluent in English.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solid experience in data analysis, data crunching, and making presentations.
• Deep understanding of pricing theory (techniques, elasticity, demand, game theory, etc.).
• Capable of take into analysis different inputs (commercial, financial, strategic, etc.) to define the best offer
• Manage good relationships.
• Demonstrate good project management skills.
• Actively identify new ideas and opportunities.
