The role is located in the Brong-Ahafo Region, on a large remote gold mining site. It is a rotational position (6 weeks on site and 1 week off).
The site clinic provides both primary and emergency healthcare services to the onsite employee population.
Intl.SOS team on site also provides structured occupational health programs and health education.
In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer on site, this role is primarily to develop and maintain the best possible standards of clinical practice, managing a healthcare team of about 10 people.
Main areas of responsibility are:
• Administration and Legal
• Staff Management (training, development)
• Finances (budget, cost control, billing)
• Customer Services (Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction)
• Stock control and Maintenance (equipments, medicine and consumables)
Desired Skills & Experience

• Management experience at least 5-10 years (not obviously in the Medical Admin field)
• Ability to work in a team, very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership, committed, mature in organizing work activities
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and customer focused
• Experience in ISO/Quality Management will be beneficial
• Ghanaian or ECOWAS Nationality
• Bachelor Degree or higher will be beneficial
