• Is responsible for an effective flow of information and keeping managers and employees well informed

Manager
• Reports on business & product performance
• Translates Go to market strategy into action plan in cooperation with the managers or team leaders
• Ensures that departmental action plan is implemented
• Is responsible for optimal staff planning
• Determines which resources (financial, staffing and organization) and time schedules are required to achieve objectives
• Prepares budget and forecast and manages budget for corporate business solutions
• Delivers KPI’s and implements reporting tools
• Establishes reward policies
• Defines corporate marketing plan
Ambassador
• Contributes to Tigo’s network(s) in own area of expertise
• Socially represents the company
Entrepreneur/Corporate Management
• Manages all consumer relationships management efforts
• Approves exceptions or complex business cases
• Coordinates the implementation of technical commercial / financial policies to personalize the offer within the frame
• Pushes decisions to the corporate sales reps under company policies
• Ensures implementation of corporate customer service levels, provides feedback and insight
• Defines service level policy and procedures, including implementation and support
• Coordinates the application of customer service level with other areas (technical, call center, NOC)
• Identifies business solutions opportunities
• Is responsible for corporate customer prospection
• Identifies new products/solutions according to corporate customers needs
• Identifies and implements cross selling & up selling opportunities
Desired Skills & Experience
• University degree, preferable in business administration/engineering
• MBA is a plus
• Senior managerial experience with IT Management and Supply chain
