Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
* Minimum seven years of international development experience managing projects with gender-related components, including technical assistance and training
* Experience preferred with projects that empowered women to engage in economic activity and non-traditional roles
* Experience conducting gender analyses or measuring the impact of women empowerment activities
* Experience engaging men and community members to improve household nutrition preferred
* Experience connecting women’s inclusion, food security, and agricultural growth preferred
* Knowledge of USAID’s regulatory requirements for project management
* Ability to conceptualize, outline, perform, and direct technical assignments, as well as write technical documents according to USAID regulations and policy
* Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills with demonstrated aptitude for teamwork
* Familiarity with USAID’s Feed the Future Women’s Empowerment Index
* Demonstrated versatility, integrity, and leadership
