company is a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) and a subsidiary of a
multinational company. The Company has vacancies for highly motivated
individuals with high integrity and a passion to succeed for hiring
as: High Net worth Relationship Manager
  • Reports
    To: Deposits and Operations Manager
  • Location
    – Head Office, Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi
Purpose
of the Job

Responsible for growing and managing deposits from high net worth customers
Key
Accountabilities

Sales
  • Keep
    and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential fixed deposit investors at
    all times
  • Acquire
    new customers for fixed deposit investments
  • Mobilize
    investment from high net worth customers as indicated in KPIs
Relationship
Management
  • Liaise
    with branch manager and the head office to ensure that client instructions
    are duly effected without delays
  • Generate
    new accounts through referrals from existing customers
KYC
  • Ensure
    that all KYC requirements and documents are accurate and adequate for all
    fixed deposit investors
  • Use
    customer information proactively in the prevention of fraud and scams
Administrative
  • Enter,
    maintain and update customer records in the core banking application.
  • Responsible
    for the safe keeping, filling and retrieval of all hard copy documents of
    customers.
  • Keep
    adequate records of cheques/payments submitted by customers for
    investment.
  • Bank
    all cheques submitted by customers in the accounts of Bayport financial services.
Required
Skills or Experience
  • Experience
    with CRM system.
  • Ability
    to work independently and as a part of a strong, results-oriented team.
  • A
    strong network of referral sources
  • Formal
    Education and Certification
  • HND/Bachelor’s
    degree in marketing, business or other related field or three years’
    working experience in relationship building/business development.
