ITT HELP DESK ANALYST
This position reports to the ITT Superintendent and will be responsible for managing the Help Desk Support and resolving technical and end-user problems at all complexes.

Responsibilities:
– Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems for a variety of end- users, implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as required
– Trouble shoot end-user network, software and hardware problems
– Perform and assist with any systems operations, under direction to maintain flow
– Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations and legal requirements
– Adhere to all relevant corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications:
– Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in the Computer Sciences field or equivalent years of experience with a minimum 2 or 3 years of systems-specific experience
– Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to solve computer problems
– Effective ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Past SAP experience an asset
