Sales Supervisor – Nyanza and Western Kenya
1 Position
Based in Kisumu, the ideal candidate must have the following minimum requirements and competencies;
• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with at least five years proven supervisory experience in a reputable institution
• Proven ability to manage a successful team
• Sound communication and customer relations skills
• Commercial awareness and computer literacy is essential
• Ability to facilitate the sales team in achievement of set sales targets and act as a link between the regions and head office
• Assist in training the sales team on product knowledge and selling skills, providing guidance and enhancing sales team and monitoring their sales performance
• Ensuring that customer database is up to date and optimal customer prospecting and follow-up systems are operational with proper reporting back systems
• Ability to manage marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
• Ability to carry out market research and report back accordingly and in time
• Should be between the age of 30 – 45 years
Sales Executives – Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu & Mombasa
We are looking for dynamic young professionals to take up exciting sales positions in our countrywide network.
The ideal candidates must have the following minimum requirements and competencies;
• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent with at least three years proven sales experience in a reputable institution
• O Level certificate with at least five years proven sales experience in a reputable institution
• Must be smart and well spoken and possess good communication and negotiation skills
• Must demonstrate consistent track record of meeting set targets from previous employers
• Must have a passion for selling
• Must possess excellent computer skills
• Must be mature and self motivated
• Must hold a valid, clean driving license for at least 3 years
• Should be between the age of 27 – 40 years
