Involve in strategic business planning with International franchisees to achieve sales and business objectives.
Manage all aspects of business operations in alignment with HQ initiatives:
Retail concept, marketing and promotions, operations, customer service and finance reporting.
Requirements:
Proven ability to establish profitable enterprises in complex market regions.
Good knowledge of Retail management and Franchise business contractual matters.
Analytical and excellent communication skills.
Extensive traveling is required.
