Responsibilities:
To answer all in-coming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
To pro-actively make out-bound calls to potential customers to promote about our services.
Responsible for arranging appointments for customers over the phone.
Confident in handling clients’ calls and possess excellent customer service over the phone.
To consolidate and update names of customers in database.
Able to achieve sales target.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min. 1 year experience in customer service line/ call centre background.
Pro-active and independent worker
Good phone etiquette and possesses good customer service
Comfortable in communicating over the phone.
