PSC Asia is seeking an experienced Accountant to support our growing Singapore office in Jurong East. You must have a service-mined personality with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
To report to the US Management Representative & US Controller
Consultant project billing and product billing (Purchase Order Management and Invoicing)
Project Budget Analysis and identification of financial problems
Income Analysis and Projection
Budget tracking and change orders for existing projects
Monthly financial reporting; Income, P&L and Balance Sheets
Income projections vs. actual analysis
Job completion analysis and billing
A/R, A/P
Managing all payroll/staff OT claims and other payroll related matters, submission of CPF/ IR8A & NS claims and managing employee claims.
Undertaking cash flow analysis, GST Reporting and Journal entry reconciliation
Liaising and establishing good relationship with auditors, tax consultants, corporate secretary, banking sectors
Usage of Time and Expense Management Program to obtain billable hours & expenses
3-5 years project based related accounting
Any other jobs assigned by the Managers
Candidate should have an upbeat, positive personality.
Requirements
Diploma or degree qualification preferred
Excellent Quickbooks experience
Excellent MYOB experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
Excellent administration skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with Chinese a bonus
Team Player; good eye for detail; well presented
Singapore Permanent Resident or EP/DP holder
Remuneration
