Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for timely periodic financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and providing commentary and analysis for the funds under management to support decision making
• Responsible for compliance and ensuring audit, statutory and tax requirements are met
• Cash Management and forecasting
• Monitor of Fund group debt facilities including ongoing compliance with debt facility covenants.
• Assist to handle investor/analyst queries relating to financial results
• Assist in tax planning, following up and reviewing financing documents and closing documents of investment deals
• Provide ad hoc finance support as required, prepare tax calculations, maintain tax records and liaise with tax advisers
Job Requirements:
• Degree / ACCA in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications with 3 years of experience in related role
• Good PC skills: strong Excel (data manipulation, analysis, modeling) and PowerPoint
• Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to details when completing tasks
• Initiative, able to multi-task and deliver within tight deadline
• Strong communications in English & Mandarin as well as good interpersonal skills
• Committed team player, meticulous
