Responsibilities:
• Planning, initiation and control of supplier related quality assurance and management activities
• Ensure the best possible suppliers will be selected under consideration of the Total Cost of Ownership approach
• Participate in quality incident management (8D/ i-CAR) to review the Engineers and Supplier’s performance
• Initiation, implementation and control of consequent and prevention oriented, advanced quality management measures
• Participate in cross functional Quality Improvement Programs
• Coach and develop Supplier Quality Engineer on applications
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical /Material Science/ Manufacturing/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• At least 6 years of experience in Engineering including a minimum of 2 years in Supplier Quality/Quality Management domain
• Work experience in Multinational Corporations
• Good Knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. FMEA / SPC / 6 sigma / ISO TS 16949/ ISO 9001/ IEC QS 80000 etc)
• Experience in performing and leading Quality Audits
• Strong self-initiative, interpersonal, leadership and communication skill
• Good command in English and Chinese (written and spoken) a must
• 5-day work week in Shenzhen, China
