Operations Assistant, Motors & Generators
Responsibilities:
• Manage and plan workshop manpower resources; support communication between operations and sales team
• Quality assurance for service / product prior delivery
• Liaise internal and external resources for recovery of defects product/service
• Provide monthly quality monitoring report/ analysis report / planning for improvement.
• Handle customer feedback on OTD (On Time Delivery) and quality of product/ service
• Manage and maintain good relationship to internal and external suppliers
Requirements:
• Diploma Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the same field
• Knowledge in the fields of LV/MV Motors/Generators is preferred
• Knowledge on quality assurance and analysis tools/methods are preferred
• Computer application knowledge on MS Office and other common application software
• Excellent English skills
• Self discipline and learning spirit with good working attitude, team work and responsibility
