Responsibilities- Responsible for daily operation of organization.
– Process incoming/outgoing telephone calls and email from customers and suppliers.
– File data and perform other routine administrative tasks as assigned.
– Managing the purchase of all materials and office supplies.
– Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquiries.
– Developing appropriate office administration systems and procedure to ensure smooth running for daily operation.
– Perform reception duties.
– Undertaking any other ad hoc duties as required by relevant personnel.
– Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Frontpage, Outlook and Photoshop.
