Our Client, a local SME in the semiconductor industry is currently looking for:
Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
• Reports to the Managing Director and supervise a team of about 15 staff in Singapore Malaysia and Thailand
• Lead the Business Development, Customer Service and Sales team to develop and implement local and overseas sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Familiar with the industry market trends, able to achieve the department’s budget by maximizing revenue, minimizing cost and increasing productivity
Requirements:
• Dip/Degree in Engineering
• Min. 8 years’ sales experience in Semiconductor back end environment
• Familiar with test sockets, test handler and/or change kit products for the semiconductor field
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English is required
• Strong contact in the semiconductor industry
• Possess strong management and leadership skill to build team spirit
• Must be willing to travel
• Possess class 3 driving license

• Working hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday – Friday
