Job Description
• To provide BIM Consultation and training
• Manage Projects Plans and Schedules
• To work closely with Project manager/Director/Client’s representatives
• To involve in project site co-ordination and project meetings
• Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency of work process
Qualifications:
• Hands on experience & knowledge in BIM (REVIT / ARCHICAD) application for MEP or STRUCTURAL is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience on preparing single-service and combined-services drawings derived from the BIM MEP Model or with knowledge and experience in preparation of Civil / Structural drawings up to construction stage.
• Good Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Structural Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• Must have a valid passport and can report to work immediately.
• Those with industry knowledge but without BIM knowledge but show strong interest in BIM may also be considered.
• Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
