Strategy Formulation
• Facilitate annual corporate Strategic Planning Exercise in charting & reviewing the Group’s strategic goals and objectives
• Work with internal departments and business units to ensure integration and alignment of business strategies
• Translate strategic goals, objectives and business strategies into Corporate Strategy Map and
• Balanced Score Card (BSC) as well as cascading them to internal departments and business units
• Support / Facilitate strategic planning process for internal departments and business units and ensuring its alignment to the Group’s strategic goals and objectives
Performance Monitoring
• Monitor performance of internal departments and business units to ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives
• Manage in-house Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system to ensure its usefulness and effectiveness as a tool to support performance reviews
Others
• Drive corporate level strategic assignments such as review of business model, organization structure and critical business processes
• Regular review of the strategic planning process for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Business/Business Administration/Real Estate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of strategic planning / strategy formulation experience
• Good understanding of Balanced Scorecard and/or other performance management tools is an advantage
• Able to engage and coordinate with internal customers from different functions and levels
• Strategic in thinking, meticulous in implementation
• Self-driven and independent team player
• Strong analytical, written and presentation skills
