Assistant to Vice President
Across Singapore

Responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate all work of the vice president
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence
• Drafting business proposals & project proposals
• Liaise with business partners
• General facilitation
• Taking meeting minutes
• Manage and follow adhoc-projects
• Carry out broad range of tasks including administration & HR

Requirements:
• Graduate – Diploma or degree holder in Business Administration, Business Studies or related field with at least 2 years related working experience
• Good team player, meticulous, keen learner and takes initiative to get the job done well
• Good project management skills
• Able & willing to multi-task
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with good command of English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
• Prefer car drivers
