Across Singapore – Upper Bukit TImah Rd, Woodlands & Gateway East
Responsibilities:
• You will play a key role in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specification, bills of quantities and other tender documents, resolution of contractual claims and finalization of accounts, as well as implementation of cost control measures.
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
• Min 2 – 4 years’ relevant experience
• Good working knowledge in Residential projects, Building, M & E, Tunnelling projects
• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
• Able to handle take-off, tender etc
• Indicate location: Woodlands, Upper Bukit Timah, Town
• Malaysians with working experience in Spore, Singaporeans , PR are welcome to apply
