Job Title : Project Manager (Loyalty & Wellness)
Our Client :A major leading Insurance company in 
S’pore & Asia. Recognised for their financial strength and dependability,
our client is well-established and has a reputable brand and is seeking highly
energized individuals and talented IT professional to join their dynamic
workforce  .
POSITION                
:           Project Manager
 cum BA (Loyalty and Wellness)

Manager
Responsibilities: 
  • Managed and prioritize the RSAs, production
    support and defects from inception to deployment into production.
  • Overall responsible for managing scope, cost,
    schedule, and agreed deliverables, which includes planning, tracking,
    change control, and risk management.
  • Responsible for managing all project
    resources, including vendors, and for establishing an effective
    communication plan with the project team and the customer.
  • Provides day to day direction to the project
    team and regular project status to the customer and takes a lead role in
    providing, applying and interpreting project methodology.
  • Responsible for project and management of
    risks and issues with ensuring tasks and outputs are completed
    satisfactorily on time, and in compliance with proposal and established
    standards.
  • Ensure that resource are optimized and provide
    regular updates to the team with feedback and decisions from the Programme
    and Project Sponsor. Reports progress to the Manager on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for the project repository which
    contains copies of deliverables, correspondences, minutes of meetings.
  • Capture detailed business requirements for
    customized functionality and work with developers to ensure optimal design
    of custom code.
  • Define requirements related to change requests
    and implement changes based on best-practices.
  • Play a hands-on role customizing and enhancing
     applications, leveraging experience with built-in admin, reporting,
    and development tools.
  • Develop and enhance reports using tools inside
    & outside the application.
  • Work with IT development resources to
    integrate loyalty and wellness application with other applications using
    available APIs.
  • Support user requests to export data from the
    Loyalty and Wellness application to the CRM application following
    established assignment tools. Enhance import tools as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding
    systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules.
 Business Analyst Role
  • Lead business analysis efforts supporting
    Loyalty and Wellness
  • Capture detailed business requirements for
    customized functionality and work with developers to ensure optimal design
    of custom code.
  • Define requirements related to change requests
    and implement changes based on best-practices.
  • Play a hands-on role customizing and enhancing
     applications, leveraging experience with built-in admin, reporting,
    and development tools.
  • Develop and enhance reports using tools inside
    & outside the application
  • Work with IT development resources to
    integrate loyalty and wellness application with other applications using
    available APIs.
  • Support user requests to export data from the
    Loyalty and Wellness application to the CRM application following
    established assignment tools. Enhance import tools as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation regarding
    systems configuration, application workflow, and business rules.
  • Perform training as needed to the Users.
  • Manage the SIT Testing and UAT Testing.
    Develop Test Cases, Test Scenarios,  manage the SIT and UAT Testing.
  • Work with the Business Users on the entry and
    exit criteria for the SIT and UAT phases and manage the end to end Testing
    to ensure within defined quality standards in IT.
  • Work with the Business Users to manage the IT
    and business deployment for system Go Live.
  
      Job Requirement 
  • Degree in Information
    Technology or equivalent..
  • Min 10 years of
    working experience and 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Must show good
    experiences on practising risk and issue management, project
    communication, budget management, tendering and procurement (IT services,
    Hardwares, Softwares).
  • Strong perseverance
    with a high degree of initiative and independence with the ability to work
    with people.
  • Team player and good
    people management skills, good communication skills, both oral and written
    PMP or CITPM certified preferred with good project management experience.
  • Good collaboration and
    large organisational skills  with good balance of  Technical
    knowledge  and  business acumen
  • Demonstrate good
    Professionalism, Creativity and Out of box thinker with proactive
    initiative.
  • Proficient in presentation and project
    management skills and the use of MS Office Applications
     & Project
    tools
  • Excellent presentation
    and written communications skills  in English
  • Singaporean or S’pore
    PR  is preferred.
