You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for cost, manufacturing variances analysis and you will be involved in standard cost maintenance and assisting in the development and maintenance of accurate standards for material, labour and overhead costs.
You will support the accounts payable function and provide your recommendations on internal controls to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reports and the protection of company assets.
Additionally you will also be requested to assist with the development, installation, and monitoring of cost control systems which will require you to demonstrate the ability to manage projects and communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant.
5 years experience in accounting with at least 2 years of costing experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP system SAP (or similar).
Knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting Standards.
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
