Job Description
PROFILE
1] Attend court matters.
2] Attending matters regarding NA of land, shifting of HCMTR, Municipal Clearance.
3] Carry out legal search for plots, other properties proposed for acquisition.
4] Due diligence of documents pertaining to acquisition of properties.
5] Drafting & vetting of all kinds of Agreements/ Contracts, MOU, POA, LOI, Lease/License Agreements, Joint Venture, Hire/Purchase/Service agreements.
6] Drafting & vetting of Claims, Affidavits to be filled in Court.
7] Preparation of various other legal documents like; Legal notices, Plaints, Written statements
