FOOD QA & PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER (REF: JS)
(Johor – PANDAN)

Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that quality of products comply with the Legal Requirement and Management Objective.
• Review quality reports & microbiological results of finished products; conduct plant inspection to ensure compliance to SOP.
• Co-ordinate and communicates with local authorities on compliance to required regulations.
• Responsible for the plant HACCP and GMP certification

Requirements:
• Degree in Food Science.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in QA with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably from a food and beverage company.
• Well-versed with HACCP, GMP and other food related regulations in Malaysia.
• Analytical, well organized, good project management skill and well equipped with multi-tasking ability
