Senior C&B Specialist
(Penang – Prai)
Responsibilities:
• To understand the strategic HR agenda and the means of implementing it within the business, ensuring that C&B requirements are reflected in business activities for rewards and talent attraction / retention. C&B Benchmarking and market / surveys analysis are mandatory.
• To make a meaningful contribution to the HR business planning and other aspects through meaningful HR / C&B initiatives and advisory within Molex group.
• To ensure effective implementation of C&B planning / administration and analysis activities in Molex.
• To ensure core processes and initiatives within HR / C&B are implemented within the Company, ensuring correct governance and alignment to business goals.
• To understand the Molex’s business targets and direct appropriate actions and performance tracking for reward purposes.
• To work with business / Divisional HR Managers to ensure the implementation of strategic HR initiatives including annual performance assessment activities.
• To ensure consistency of performance assessment that drive high performance culture.
• To monitor and track effective performance goal setting and deployment process in the business.
Requirements:
• A recognized Degree in Human Resource / Social Science.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in HR / C&B experience with at least 2 years of these in a managerial experience and capabilities.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Self motivated with strong leadership quality.
• Hands-on and strategy person, results and people oriented with have sound judgment and ability to balance business considerations.
• Fluent in both oral and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Prai.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
