Art Director
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
• Co-manage and inspire a team of designers and writer, direct the professional development of other team members such as the marketing teams to ensure objective-satisfied delivery of projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, execute and manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership.
• Creative conceptual thinking with emphasis on the big picture and define marketing communications’ creative direction and technical innovation across all platforms.
• Timely delivery of services & solutions with professionalism and quality at all times.
Requirements:
• Able to work on several projects simultaneously, efficiently, resourcefully and approach all jobs with a marketing perspective.
• Experience of ATL/BTL promotional/tactical design work and a good knowledge in Production & Colour management skills.
• A Degree/Diploma in Art/Graphic Design/Multimedia or equivalent.
• Able to work independently and be a team player at the same time.
• Positive attitude, cheerful and good interpersonal skills.
• At least 3-4 years of similar experience.
